Phone systems you own, with intelligence on every call.

A call is the highest-signal interaction most businesses have and the least analysed. We build the phone infrastructure and then make what happens on it searchable.

The problem

Every call, unread.

Hosted phone platforms charge per seat, per minute and per feature, and the recordings sit in a system you cannot query. The information a sales or support conversation contains never reaches the CRM.

Meanwhile the operational basics are often broken: routing that sends callers to the wrong queue, IVR trees nobody has revisited in years, and no reliable record of what was promised on a call.

Reviewing calls manually does not scale. Somebody listens to three out of four hundred and calls it quality assurance.

What we build

Infrastructure and insight.

  • Asterisk deployments with SIP trunks and softphone provisioning
  • IVR trees, routing rules and queue logic that match how the team actually works
  • Call recording with transcription and speaker diarization
  • AI summaries, sentiment and intent extraction per call
  • Voice agents wired to business systems through AMI

Architecture

From ring to record.

  1. 01connectSIP trunks terminate on Asterisk; softphones and desk phones register
  2. 02routeIVR and queue logic direct the call, with rules held in one place
  3. 03recordAudio is captured and stored on infrastructure you control
  4. 04transcribeWhisperX produces a transcript with speakers separated
  5. 05analyseA local model extracts summary, sentiment and intent
  6. 06deliverStructured output lands in the CRM or dashboard, searchable

Questions

Asked most often.

Do we have to leave our current provider?

Not necessarily. Asterisk can sit alongside existing SIP trunks, and the intelligence layer can be added to recordings you already produce.

How accurate is the transcription?

WhisperX with diarization is strong on clear telephony audio and degrades with heavy accents, crosstalk and poor lines. We measure accuracy on your actual recordings during discovery rather than quoting a benchmark.

Where is call audio stored?

On your infrastructure. That is usually the reason clients come to us for this rather than buying a hosted add-on.

What does 412 utterances per call mean?

It is the average number of separately transcribed and attributed speech segments per call in the call-intelligence build — the granularity the analysis layer works at.
